COMMITTEE MEETING.
MONDAY 29th. SEPT. 1986.

A special meeting was called to discuss certain allegations made by two club members the previous week.
After lengthy discussion, Gwynne proposed, Geoff seconded, that we take a further look at the programme, and that any future comments, or suggestions members wish to make, must be in writing and given to a committee member.
Gwynne reported that Jack. G3PVG, had criticized the committee for not giving a written answer to his report on projectors, etc. Frank replied that the report was discussed, and included in the August minutes.
The RSGB's senior C.W. examiner verbally requested permission to visit the Society, to inspect CW facilities. The committee were dismayed at this request, and stated, a further request must be made in writing, giving the motive for this request.

The two persons responsible for the allegations were both found to be NON-PAID up members, for 1986.
