Members present:- G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G4RLC Tom, G4LRO Roger, G4IFB Gary, G4JDI Tony, G4KKS Mick apology for G8XYY Paul.
Agreement was reached to have an 'in' and 'out' to the car park with concrete posts at entrance.
It was agreed to obtain invitation cards to the grand opening of new building and post to all.
Tony was requested to obtain details of insurance on new building, Mick has arranged the catering for the grand opening.
G3YZU Terry has donated a 6 metre beam to the club for which the committee has offered their thanks on behalf of the club.
